Fresho.com is a free online classifieds directory that was launched in January 2008 and its one of my favorites. Free job ad and resume posting are currently available on the subdomain Jobs.Fresho.com. The job listings cover all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia and are grouped into 41 industry categories, including both traditional sectors such as manufacturing and emerging industries such as biotechnology. Additional subdomains for car and real estate listings are scheduled to be launched later in 2008. Their most interesting board will probably be the mortgage broker jobs board.

Fresho’s stated goal is to provide users with a fast, free and effective job search through the use of innovative tools, including an interactive map, a Fresh Alert email notification service, a Fresh Postings column, and a Job Search feature that allows users to perform customized site-wide searches by job title, ad keyword, city or ZIP code. For a small fee, posters can choose to make their ad a Featured or Premium listing. Fresho also offers informative articles and occupational profiles.
